We had a great experience from the Joe Rodriquez Design Consultant to Gilbert the lead installer. Everything went smooth as silk, Joe helped us design both bathroom remodels (Tub out to Showers) he took the time needed and gave us advice as we made the decisions. When the Installation crew came to our house they were very respectful and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. Gilbert was the lead installer and he stayed with our project from the beginning to end and made sure everything was done just right! We are very happy with this job and would recommend Bath Planet West to any of our friends or relatives. We can't say enough about Gilbert a real quality and detailed professional technician. The price seemed a little high but they did not nickel and dime us, the price was the price and all-inclusive. They finished in four and half days both bathrooms everything cleaned and all demo removed. Thanks, Bath Planet West.
